Caley Sample Room

The Caley Sample Room pub in Edinburgh has been sympathetically refurbished to create a clean, cosy and welcoming space where you can enjoy a superb range of beers, wines and freshly prepared food. The food offer emphasises quality and simplicity and our chefs deliver simple, honest food made from high quality, locally sourced products.

Our main menu is supplemented by a specials board which enables us to use the most seasonal of ingredients and provide our customers with a greater variety of dishes. At the bar we offer a range of local real ales from Edinburgh and Scotland and a selection of over 40 wines from around the world. 19 of these are offered by the glass as well as the bottle.

Our pub provides the perfect venue to relax on a weekend. You can enjoy the newspapers over some fresh Italian coffee while the chefs prepare you a full breakfast – the perfect antidote to or preparation for a heavy night. Our brunch menu is served from 10am to 1.00pm Saturday and Sunday.
