The Caley Sample Room offers a freshly prepared menu of locally sourced products. Our main menu is supplemented by a specials board which enables us to use the most seasonal of ingredients and provide our customers with more variety of dishes.

All our beef is Borders-bred Aberdeen Angus Scotch beef. We offer a range of steaks including a 32oz Cote de Boeuf which can be enjoyed to share. Our Sunday Roast is a roast rib of beef cooked rare and served with the traditional accompaniments.
