The Caley Sample Room pub in Edinburgh has been sympathetically refurbished to create a clean, cosy and welcoming space where you can enjoy a superb range of beers, wines and freshly prepared food. The food offer emphasises quality and simplicity and our chefs deliver simple, honest food made from high quality, locally sourced products.

Our main menu is supplemented by a specials board which enables us to use the most seasonal of ingredients and provide our customers with a greater variety of dishes.
